Job summary

Rinvio in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Full-Time Controls Technician to install, commission, maintain and repair industrial printing equipment at customer sites. You will troubleshoot PLC/servo systems, interpret schematics, and use TCP/IP networking, while delivering strong customer service and remote technical support between visits.

Widespread travel is expected, typically one to two weeks per assignment. Document service activities in JIRA and coordinate with the global service organization.

Qualifications

• Preferred background: electrical or mechatronic engineering education, or equivalent relevant experience and training.
• Hands-on industrial equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with high-voltage power systems and control-voltage circuits is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and repair industrial printing equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled and servo-controlled machinery; adjust logic and network settings.
• Document service activity in JIRA and coordinate with the global service organization.
