RFA Engineering seeks an Entry-Mid Level engineer to join our engineering team onsite at a world-class facility. You will support product development, validation, testing, and continuous improvement activities for mechanical systems and equipment.

You will collaborate with experienced staff, travel up to 25% to customer sites, and grow professionally through hands-on project work and formal training.

Qualifications

• Engineering testing, validation, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent technical communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop, conduct, analyze, and manage product validation and development testing activities.
• Create test plans and procedures for mechanical systems, components, and equipment.
• Coordinate the design and procurement of prototype hardware for testing.
