RFA Engineering is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team onsite at a world-class facility. You will work with experienced staff supporting development, validation, manufacturing support and continuous improvement of large off-highway equipment used in construction, mining, earthmoving, and industrial applications.

The role involves design, development, testing, root-cause analysis, and close collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing,

Qualifications

• BSME, BSMET or equivalent degree.
• Entry level or experienced candidates considered.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, build, and validation of mechanical systems for large off-highway equipment.
• Support product development and cost reduction initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis on failures and implement corrective actions.
• Support prototype, pilot, and production builds with manufacturing and operations teams.
