Job summary

RFA Engineering is seeking an entry level to experienced engineer to join our team. This on-site role supports engines, powertrain systems, and off-highway equipment through testing, validation and continual improvement activities.

You will work with an experienced staff, using state-of-the-art tools, with opportunities for growth and direct hire by our customers. Beneficial health and retirement plans accompany a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related engineering discipline.
• Entry level and experienced candidates considered.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support quality, validation and testing activities for engine, powertrain and off-highway equipment programs.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures and validation activities.
• Collect, analyze and interpret test data to evaluate performance, reliability and durability.
• Investigate failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and supplier teams to resolve quality concerns.
