Job summary

RFA Engineering seeks an entry-mid level Mechanical Engineer | Product Design and Validation to support development, testing and validation of large off-highway equipment. You will work with experienced engineers, technicians, and operators in shop and field environments to drive robust product improvements.

Ideal candidates have BS degrees in mechanical/electrical/aerospace/agricultural engineering, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a team

Qualifications

• Requires BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Agricultural Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development, testing, and validation of large off-highway construction and mining equipment.
• Plan and execute machine-level testing to evaluate performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and controls issues on prototype and production equipment.
• Analyze test data to support engineering decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, operators, and suppliers to solve technical challenges.
• Support product introduction, continuous improvement, and quality initiatives.
