Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field.
• Experience in mechanical design support, test equipment, or automation equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, bills of materials and specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation and revision of 3D CAD models, assemblies, drawings, and BOMs.
• Develop or modify simple components such as brackets, guards, enclosures, fixtures, tooling.
• Take field measurements and convert to accurate models and inputs.
• Support design reviews, tolerances, and design-for-assembly activities.
• Build and modify prototypes, test fixtures, stands, automation equipment.
• Support installation, alignment, checkout, debug, and validation of equipment.
