Job summary

Ralliant Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support production by troubleshooting equipment, assisting with process improvements, and maintaining test systems and tooling. You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Test and Automation, Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity across the facility.

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical certification in Manufacturing Technology or related field.
2+ years in manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, test, or technical support.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting; read drawings and docs.
Experience with hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic diagnostics.

Responsibilities

Support daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production equipment, fixtures, tooling, and test systems.
Assist with process development, improvements, and issue resolution.
Identify root causes and support corrective actions to reduce downtime.
Provide hands-on support to production teams to improve consistency.
Assist with setup, adjustment, and validation of equipment and workstations.
Train new operators on build processes.
Document equipment issues, repairs, and improvement activities.
