New Belgium Brewing Company Inc. seeks a working supervisor to lead a team of skilled technicians in maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting brewery systems across the operation.
You will oversee daily tasks, coach staff, manage priorities and ensure safety compliance. The role requires 8+ years of related experience with expert mechanical and brewing process knowledge, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
This is a working supervisor positions that is responsible for leading a team comprised of highly skilled technicians. This position will ensure proper maintenance of brewery systems, as well as the ability to maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting mechanical systems in all areas of the brewery.
Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell's and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position.
