Bell’s and New Belgium are seeking a Working Supervisor to lead a team of skilled technicians in maintaining brewery systems. You will supervise, schedule, train, and develop staff while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards across production areas.
The role requires extensive mechanical knowledge, brewing process understanding, and the ability to interpret P&ID diagrams and construction drawings. Travel is occasional, and benefits are provided after one month of employment.
This is a working supervisor positions that is responsible for leading a team comprised of highly skilled technicians. This position will ensure proper maintenance of brewery systems, as well as the ability to maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting mechanical systems in all areas of the brewery.
Percent of Travel: 5-20%
Working Conditions: Distribution center, production areas, Construction areas and Process waste water facility.
