Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled maintenance technician for a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on mechanical maintenance to keep operations safe, efficient, and productive across our client site.

Responsibilities include dismantling, repairing, and reassembling equipment, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to corrective and preventative maintenance planning. Strong safety adherence and experience in industrial settings are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing environment in maintenance.
• Trade certificate, technical degree or equivalent and/or relevant experience.
• Mechanical Qualifications/Certificates of training preferred.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work according to MSHA and plant health and safety procedures and policies
• Perform mechanical maintenance work to ensure safe, continuous and efficient operations
• Dismantles, repairs, and reassembles equipment using an array of mechanical tools and equipment
• Troubleshoot potential concerns required to achieve and maintain maximum productivity
• Report maintenance problems to the appropriate supervisor and participate in the development of corrective and preventative maintenance plans
