Job summary

Quality Talent Group represents a prestigious client in the building automation and industrial technology industry seeking a maintenance technician. The role requires 3–5 years in mechanical/maintenance work, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills including MS Office and SAP.

The position focuses on safe, efficient maintenance of plant equipment, tools stewardship, and continuous improvement while supporting team coaching and safety culture on an on-site site in Colorado.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years as a mechanical or maintenance technician.
• Valid driver’s license required and basic computer knowledge (MS Office, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on plant production and service equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and practices at all times.
• Maintain tools and department assets.
• Repair and control product spillage as needed.
• Demonstrate core values and coach others where appropriate.
