Hours: 6 AM/7 AM – 4 PM

Pay: $23–25/hr

Position Type: Direct Hire

What You’ll Do:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical water treatment equipment for residential and commercial customers
• Operate a company vehicle safely (DOT-compliant)
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide top-notch service
• Assist with payment collection and support follow-up on past-due invoices

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
• Valid driver’s license and familiarity with the Windsor area
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, bend/kneel, and drive for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
