Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in aircraft mechanical assembly.
2. Familiarity with rotary or fixed-wing aircraft.
3. High School Diploma or equivalent.
4. Ability to interpret technical documentation.
5. Legal right to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Additional responsibilities include documenting tasks, maintaining equipment tags, and interpreting schematics, drawings, and manuals.

Employment Details:

• Contract with HBAC.
• Hourly wages: $27 (Junior), $37 (Intermediate), $48 (Senior), $55 (Expert).
• 401(k) match: 6%.
• PTO: 0.08 hours per hour worked.
• Annual bonuses: $3,000 (Junior), $3,600 (Intermediate), $4,200 (Senior), $4,500 (Expert).
• Wage increases of approximately 3% in the second and third years; renegotiation from the fourth year.
• Health insurance caps: $750 (Junior), $1,000 (Intermediate), $1,500 (Senior), $2,000 (Expert) per month, upon proof of payment.
• Overtime (Monday to Saturday): +50% of gross wage.
