Job summary

PennEngineering is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to serve as Director of Operations at our Danboro, PA facility—the birthplace of the PEM brand and the flagship site in our global manufacturing network.

You will own day-to-day accountability for the plant's manufacturing organization, lead 8 managers and supervisors, oversee safety, quality, delivery and cost, and partner with the Plant Manager to develop talent and capital plans.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or equivalent.
• Eight+ years of progressive manufacturing and operations management.
• Three+ years leading a multi-department manufacturing organization.
• Ability to manage site P&L, budgets, and variance.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accountability for the plant's manufacturing organization.
• Lead a management team of 8 managers and supervisors.
• Oversee budgets for manufacturing, capital, and operations.
• Partner with Plant Manager to drive growth and development.
