Job summary

CoVolt Power in Hillsdale, PA, seeks a Mechanical Engineer to work with the Project Management team to manage the mechanical scope of a solar and BESS project. You will help ensure construction aligns with the owner's contract and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent, and experience in the solar industry. You will coordinate with subcontractors, read plans, verify specs, and help keep the project on schedule while delivering quality workmanship.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical specifications and plans for the project.

• Support planning and utilization of proper means and methods for mechanical activities.
• Analyze situations and forecast problems, recommending actions.
• Ensure reports and records are accurate and timely.
• Adapt work schedule to project needs.
• Participate in safety meetings.
