CoVolt Power is seeking a Mechanical Project Support role to assist the Project Management team in overseeing the mechanical scope of a solar/BESS project. You will help ensure construction aligns with the owner's contract and project plans.

The position emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and timely communication with subcontractors and management to meet project milestones. Strong mechanical knowledge and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the solar industry and working on EPC/mechanical scope.
• Strong safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Champion CORE Principles on a daily basis.
• Read and interpret specifications and drawings for all mechanical aspects.
• Inspect mechanical work and meet subcontractors to ensure progress.
• Verify safety and design specifications are met.
• Direct mechanical personnel to complete the project on schedule with quality workmanship.
• Support planning and method usage for mechanical activities.
• Analyze problems and forecast options, recommending actions.
• Ensure reports and records are complete and timely.
• Participate in safety meetings.
