Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Sr Electrical Project Manager for Abilene, TX to lead large-scale electrical construction projects, focusing on data centers and mission-critical environments. You will drive preconstruction through turnover, coordinating schedules, budgets, procurement and field activities.

This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and collaboration with subcontractors and clients, with relocation assistance provided for the right

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electrical construction, project engineering, or electrical project management.
• Experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• OSHA 30 preferred; certification must be completed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage large electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement plans, and cost controls.
• Coordinate electrical construction with mechanical, structural, architectural, controls, and other trades.
• Partner with Superintendents to set sequencing, manpower, and project priorities.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of major electrical equipment and systems.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Lead coordination between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Support electrical testing, startup, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
