sstjobs seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Abilene, TX to lead complex electrical construction projects for data centers and mission-critical facilities from preconstruction through completion.

The role encompasses scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor management, quality, safety, risk management, and client communication with close collaboration with field teams and engineering partners.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, project engineering, or electrical project management.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership capacity preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project financials.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 must be completed within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final completion, focused on data center and mission-critical facilities.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, contracts, and overall project performance.
• Oversee electrical subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and specialty trades.
• Coordinate electrical construction activities with mechanical, structural, architectural, plumbing, and controls systems.
• Plan electrical work sequences with field teams and maintain project schedules.
• Oversee procurement of electrical equipment, materials, and specialty systems.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and change orders.
