Job summary

RISINGSUN TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an Owner’s Rep Mechanical Superintendent to oversee on-site mechanical construction for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will monitor HVAC, piping, and plumbing installations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance.

As the direct owner representative, you will review drawings, drive field execution, report progress, and collaborate with electrical and general construction teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction experience with superintendent or lead supervision.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specs.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive schedule adherence and resolve field-level conflicts or issues.

• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and system turnover.
• Provide progress reports and communicate risks and constraints proactively.
