Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a results-driven owner’s Rep Mechanical Superintendent to monitor and provide expertise in mechanical construction operations on large-scale infrastructure projects. As the owner’s representative in the field, you will oversee HVAC, piping, plumbing, and related systems with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mechanical construction experience with superintendent or lead supervision responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and related mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, labor, and equipment.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Drive schedule adherence and resolve field-level conflicts or issues.
• Lead site safety efforts and coordinate with other trades to ensure coordination.
