Job summary

Applied Digital seeks an on-site Owner's Rep Mechanical Superintendent to oversee mechanical construction on large-scale infrastructure projects. You will monitor HVAC, piping, plumbing, and related systems, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

As the owner’s representative, you will coordinate with electrical and general construction teams, manage subcontractors, review drawings, and drive on-time completion while reporting risks and progress. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction with superintendent or lead supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed.

Applied Digital is seeking a results-driven Owner's Rep Mechanical Superintendent to monitor and provide expertise in mechanical construction operations on large-scale infrastructure projects. As a direct representative of the owner in a field support role, this role is responsible for monitoring field execution of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems while ensuring strict standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day mechanical construction activities on site
• Oversee installation of HVAC systems, piping, plumbing, and related infrastructure
• Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, labor, and equipment
• Review of mechanical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Drive schedule adherence and resolve field-level conflicts or issues
• Partner with electrical and general construction teams to ensure trade coordination
• Lead site safety efforts and enforce safety protocols

• Prior work on large, fast-paced construction programs
