Mechanical Source Inspector

• 2 - 5 Visits/Week

Experience With The Following Disciplines

• Commodity: Machined Weapon Parts
• Purchase Order Quality Flow Down Requirements and Special Instructions
• QAP Drawings – Quality Assurance Provisions
• AIE Documentation – Acceptance Inspection Equipment
• Various Sampling Plans [MIL-STD-1916]
• Receiving, In-Process, Final Inspections/Inspection Reports/Travelers
• [IMTE] Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment/Custom Inspection Gauges
• Hands – On dimensional inspections for verifying compliance of complex machined, formed, stamped, cast, and forged parts
• Complex Engineering Drawings/Parts Lists/GD&T and associated documents
• All types of Certifications [C of C, Material, Finish, etc…]
• Experience with First Article Inspections Reports in accordance with AS9102 or Equivalent
