Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions in the United States is seeking a dynamic Mechanical Service Manager to oversee daily direction and assignment of work orders to technicians, ensuring safety procedures and quality standards are followed.

You will lead a team to hit monthly revenue goals, support sales through service quotes, and maintain clean, compliant service bays and warehouse while adhering to OSHA regulations and VMRS/TMC practices.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience assigning service work orders to technicians.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to learn other software AS400 SAP BTN.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and VMRS/TMC practices.

Key Responsibilities

Receives creates assigns and monitors all service work orders to techniciansResponsible for the productivity of technicians with a focus on monthly revenue goalsAssist branch and operations manager with maintaining up to date employee administrative files DOT Med Cards ASETIA certifications forklift safety employee evaluations etcProvides sales staff support and supervision through service quotes product look ups alleviating any customer disputes or requests etcManage customer scheduled fleet work scrap tire analysis and other customer needsAssist with warehouse duties inventory loadunload barcoding scan billing etcConducts daily reviews of Warehouse Service BaysTrucks and Equipment in order to ensure safety compliance cleanliness and organizationEnsures proper branch opening and closing procedures are being followed
