You will work under the Regional Sales Manager and Territory Sales Manager, gaining experience in the water distribution industry while earning a competitive base salary plus commissions.

The role emphasizes solution selling, building relationships with contractors and distributors, and promoting ASC ES product solutions for end‑users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside‑sales experience, preferably within PVF.
• Knowledge of mechanical product lines and solutions selling.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Professional image with clear and polished communication.
• Self‑motivated team player focused on partnership and results.

Responsibilities

• Generate demand by demonstrating expertise in solutions selling to achieve sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships across ASC Engineered Solutions, contractors, distributors, and industry constituents.
• Select, demonstrate, and promote the best ASC Engineered Solutions product solutions for end users.
• Collaborate with distribution facing sales to assure sales closure and product placement.
• Develop new contractor and project prospects for the ASC Engineered Solutions Pipeline.
• Train key decision makers and users to secure buy‑in for ASC ES products.
• Champion new product rollouts in mechanical expertise area.
• Engage with local trade organizations and associations to leverage relationships.
• Provide field feedback to distributors, contractors, and the product team.
• Use CRM, Tableau, and Dodge reporting; learn VDC tools.
• Allocate time across sales activities: 80% contractor work, 10% distribution, 5% engineering, 5% administrative.
