Job summary

TechniPower, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Sales Application Engineer specializing in HVAC heat exchangers and related components. This long-term DIRECT HIRE position requires on-site work at a new Mesa facility, with responsibilities spanning technical sales, customer liaison, and application engineering.

The candidate should have a BSME or equivalent, 2–10+ years in mechanical/sales engineering, and strong communication and travel readiness to serve diverse customers in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• BSME or similar degree required with 2–10+ years in mechanical sales and application engineering.
• Experience in HVAC equipment such as heat exchangers, coils, evaporators and boilers.
• Knowledge of thermal analysis, heat transfer and relevant codes/standards.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with technical sales and application engineering for HVAC products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define customer solutions and proposals.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support installations and services.

This is a long-term, DIRECT HIRE position. Candidate MUST work on site in office. Company is located in a NEW facility in Mesa, AZ.

Salary Range: 90K-120K

Candidate must be US Citizen

Job Requirements:

• BSME or similar, 2-10 years+ experience in Mechanical/Sales and Application Engineering
• Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, heat exchangers, coils, evaporators, condensers, air handlers, boilers or similar equipment
• Experience with thermal analysis, fluids, heat transfer, HTIR, ASME Codes, Welding Standards, etc. or similar
• Industry experience in power generation, heat recovery, gas compression, defense, aerospace, data center cooling, chemical processing, HVAC, semiconductor/clean rooms, etc.
• Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, Project Management skills preferred
• Passion for engineering, sales, customers, fast paced environment
• Experience and success working in a small or mid-sized company
• Must be self-motivated and willing to travel to customer sites as needed
