Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a mechanical maintenance technician to support a WV-based production line. You’ll perform scheduled services, diagnose faults, and execute repairs to keep equipment running safely and predictably. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a mechanical maintenance technical certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a mechanical maintenance technician or comparable role.
• Solid grasp of mechanical systems and proven troubleshooting methods.
• Comfort reading and interpreting technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Sharp problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and be on-call as business needs arise.
