Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of project management experience, specifically with mechanical systems in built environments.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Background in design or construction with mechanical or BMS controls experience.
• Experience commissioning mechanical systems and equipment in mission-critical data centers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Communicate effectively across internal teams to ensure consistent client delivery.
• Analyze, track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify effective governance, processes, and systems are being utilized.
• Ensure best practices are applied on all projects and produce formal status reports.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are followed.
• Coordinate interfaces between suppliers via trackers and reviews.
• Facilitate flow of project information through meetings and written communication.
• Forecast and update key project milestones; support local design teams as needed.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, GCs and regional stakeholders; respond rapidly to RFIs.
• Offer cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.
