Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Quality Assurance PM, Mechanical to support our Data Center Construction team. The role requires independent management of complex mechanical scopes and strong QA governance across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with owners, architects, and contractors, reviewing submittals, RFIs, and cost controls while ensuring constructability and schedule integrity on mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or an applicable bachelor’s degree with related experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience in mechanical systems for built environment projects.
• Proficiency with construction documents (BDs, specs, drawings, RFIs).
• Experience supporting quality assurance in large-scale data center or critical facilities projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure governance and controls are applied.
• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure consistent client delivery.
• Monitor milestones, schedules, and cost performance for multiple projects.
• Provide technical QA input on design, costs, and constructability.
• Support owners, architects, and contractors with timely RFIs and submittals.
• Prepare formal status reports and project documentation.
