Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years QA/QC experience in Engineering, with a focus on mechanical products.
• Extensive knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and standards.
• Proven experience in conducting both internal and external audits.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and how to implement and improve them.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's QA/QC procedures and systems.
• Conduct regular audits of the company's systems, processes, and products to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Work with the production team to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead the team in investigations of customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Collect and analyze data to determine standards and establish reliability expectations.
• Train staff on QA/QC procedures to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Review supplier quality requirements and purchase orders.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions.
• Coordinate with external QA auditors and technicians for compliance.
• Prepare reports communicating outcomes of quality activities.
• Monitor risk management activities.
• Maintain document management systems.
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
