Job summary

Align Precision Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead the quality function at our Horsham, PA facility. This on-site role focuses on establishing robust quality processes, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and ensuring products meet customer and engineering requirements.

You will work with engineering, manufacturing, and operations to drive continuous improvement, maintain AS9100 QMS, and develop a culture of quality on the shop floor. Hands-on leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior quality management experience.
• Experience in close-tolerance manufacturing and precision machining.
• Strong GD&T, CMM, dimensional inspection knowledge.
• Experience with CAPA, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Ability to lead and develop a quality team on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day quality function to meet requirements.
• Own and maintain AS9100 QMS across the site.
• Lead management reviews and set quality KPIs.
• Drive COPQ, scrap, rework and corrective action effectiveness.
• Provide visible quality leadership on the production floor.
• Partner with Ops and Eng to implement robust processes.
• Lead internal and external quality audits.
• Support customer and regulatory audits.
• Establish inspection plans, control plans, sampling methods.
• Train and mentor quality personnel.
• Keep quality records and documentation compliant.
