Qualifications

• Proven experience conducting internal and external audits.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and improvements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in data analysis and statistical interpretation.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with databases.
• Certifications such as Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Six Sigma preferred.
• Knowledge of QA/QC tools and ISO 9001 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage QA/QC procedures and systems.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Work with production to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead investigations of customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Collect and analyze data to set quality and reliability targets.
• Train staff on QA/QC procedures and policies.
• Review supplier purchase orders and set supplier quality requirements.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.

• Coordinate with external QA auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
