Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION in Horsham, PA seeks a Senior Quality Manager to build and lead the quality function at our new facility. You will develop robust quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure conformance to customer and engineering specifications on precision machining.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quality leadership experience in precision manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, inspection methods, and engineering drawings.
• Experience with FAI and production inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day quality activities to meet customer and engineering requirements.
• Own AS9100 QMS and drive site-level quality objectives and KPIs.
• Drive COPQ reduction, scrap, rework, and CAPA effectiveness.
• Provide hands-on quality leadership on the production floor.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, controls, and DRs.
• Lead internal and supplier audits and manage nonconformances and CAPA.
