Job summary

PremiStar seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead mechanical/plumbing projects from initiation through closeout. You will manage project engineers and superintendents, coordinate with estimators, and ensure timely delivery within budget across multiple sites.

This role requires 3 years in project management/supervision in mechanical/plumbing, strong communication, and proficient use of MS Office and blueprints. Occasional field visits and billing coordination are expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of PM/Project Engineer experience in mechanical/plumbing
• 3 years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Direct project engineers and superintendents to meet milestones.
• Document and address performance issues with staff.
• Lead hand-off meetings with engineers and estimators on new projects.
• Visit job sites weekly to document progress and resources.
• Monitor budgets and deadlines; adjust resources as needed.
• Provide weekly project status updates to management.
• Coordinate procurement of materials within budget.
• Ensure PPE compliance and site cleanliness.
• Attend monthly billing and weekly PM meetings.
• Perform quality control across projects.
