Job summary

MYCO Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll guide planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with GCs, Architects, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, plus experience with PM software like Viewpoint or Procore. You will manage multiple stakeholders, adapt to site conditions, and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Mechanical construction PM experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Strong grasp of construction docs, codes, and scheduling.
• Proficient with PM software such as Viewpoint or Procore.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with BIM/VDC and prefabrication workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting across multiple trades.
• Coordinate with GCs, Architects, and inspectors to maintain compliance.
• Monitor project docs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders to stay on track.
• Oversee field and office teams, ensuring safety, quality, and timely closeout.
