Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in the mechanical construction industry.
• Experience with HVAC, piping, or design-build mechanical projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical construction projects from award to completion.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, billing, and financial performance.
• Review contracts, drawings, submittals, and specifications.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules for timely delivery.
• Negotiate changes, RFIs, and project modifications.
• Lead meetings and communicate project status.
• Ensure safety and quality standards.
• Support business development through client relations.
