Qualifications

• Experience managing HVAC construction projects from start to finish.
• Ability to review plans and specifications and coordinate with subs.
• Knowledge of safety compliance and site safety plans.
• Experience generating and tracking RFIs and submittals.
• Strong documentation and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, organize and distribute contract documents, drawings, schedules and RFIs to the team.
• Draft, submit and track RFIs and responses.
• Attend field coordination meetings and distribute notes.
• Administer project quality control documentation and as-builts.
• Coordinate with procurement for equipment and tools; track procurement logs.
