Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of industry-related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience delivering mechanical services projects (HVAC, piping, plumbing).
• Strong estimating and proposal development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and plumbing projects from initiation to delivery.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for mechanical scopes.
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling.
• Mentor technical staff and foremen; coordinate with estimating team.
