Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Project Manager / Sales Engineer to lead mechanical and plumbing project delivery while driving business development across industrial, commercial, and institutional markets. The role blends technical project management with strategic sales to expand the company’s footprint.

You will manage diverse projects, maintain budgets and schedules, and build long-term client relationships, delivering accurate proposals and leading teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience or a related Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Proven track record in mechanical services project delivery or sales (HVAC, piping, plumbing).
• Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver mechanical and plumbing projects on time and within budget.
• Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and new client acquisition.
• Manage client relationships and conduct regular business reviews.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for mechanical scopes.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and finance for smooth handoffs.
• Provide sales forecasts and upward reporting to senior management.
