Power Design is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to guide project teams to victory, fuel opportunities for future construction, and deliver exceptional customer service, quality assurance, and project execution. This role supports a dynamic MEP team within a national contractor.

The position offers flexible and hybrid work options, with travel up to 25% and a focus on integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related project management experience with a mechanical contractor.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to providing responsive, top-tier customer service.

Responsabilités

• Manage all business aspects of multiple concurrent projects and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards
• Supervise and mentor assistant project managers and project engineers on the project team
• Actively maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and quality of service
• Manage all activities associated with materials, budgeting, and production for assigned project(s)
• Plan and schedule resources to meet project milestones
• Act as liaison with the customer and project staff to identify and process scope changes, address issues, and communicate milestones
• Manage project-related correspondence and documents through designated document management systems
• Ensure adherence to Power Design’s standards of quality, safety, and best practices
