G.E. Mechanical, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Mechanical Systems to lead estimating efforts and manage projects in HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing. You will oversee bid preparation, cost control, and coordination with field crews to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years' experience in project management and/or estimating in construction, mechanical, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Quantity take-offs, cost estimating, cost analysis, bid reviews and document management for HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Create competitive and accurate estimates to achieve margin and targets.
• Use centralized cost estimating models for pricing data in proposals.
• Follow up with potential clients to finalize work agreements.
• Schedule and manage HVAC/R, plumbing manpower, equipment and materials.
