Job summary

RQ Construction LLC is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the mechanical scope on complex commercial and government projects in and around Jacksonville, FL. Qualified candidates located outside the area may be eligible for relocation assistance.

You will coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to keep work safe, on schedule, and within budget while meeting contract and DoD requirements. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of experience managing mechanical work on large commercial/government projects.
• Experience with military/government/DoD or Design-Build projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and BIM software; training available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the mechanical scope of assigned projects.
• Work with mechanical superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to stay safe, on schedule, on budget.
• Ensure compliance with contract and government requirements.
