Job summary
RQ Construction LLC seeks a Construction Project Manager to join our Field Operations team in Jacksonville, FL. The PM will lead all phases from concept through final completion, coordinating on-site activity for DoD and commercial projects.
Local candidates welcome; relocation or travel to sites may be required. Required: BA/BS in Engineering or related field, 2+ years in commercial PM, 6+ years as Project Engineer/APM, and proficiency in MS Office plus Primavera, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Two or more years' experience in commercial project management.
- Six+ years as Project Engineer/Assistant PM in construction; design-build experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.
- Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit experience preferred; CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30 required.
Responsibilities
- Lead all project phases from concept to final completion.
- Coordinate on-site activities and manage field operations.
- Support DoD and commercial clients with project goals.
