Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• Additional coursework or training in construction management, project management, mechanical trades, BIM, CADD, or related disciplines is a plus.
• Five or more years of experience managing the mechanical scope of commercial or government construction projects valued at $5 million or more.
• Mechanical field or trade experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with military, government, large commercial, or Design-Build construction projects is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Primavera P6 is preferred; training is available.
• Experience using BIM software is preferred; training is available.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and day-to-day management of the mechanical scope of work on assigned projects.
• Work alongside mechanical superintendents, subcontractors, and project team members to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting all contract and government requirements.
