Qualifications

• Eight years of project experience or twelve years of practical experience on similar projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects of varying size and complexity.
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred (required by ABET-accredited degree).

Responsibilities

• Confirms the project scope and requirements with the client and stakeholders.
• Develops a financial plan for the project and preliminary man-hour budget.
• Ensures contracts are fully executed by the appropriate Principal.
• Leads project kick-off meetings and coordinates with design teams.
• Maintains project budgets, milestones, and revenue projections.
• Prepares QA/QC plans and ensures documentation is complete.
• Coordinates client communications and information flow throughout the project.
• Manages the Construction Administration process and project close-out.
