Job summary

Daksta | Connecting Mission Critical Talent is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee complex hyperscale mechanical construction projects in Austin, TX and Douglasville, GA (near Atlanta).

The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams from preconstruction through closeout, with strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client/subcontractor coordination.

Mechanical Project Manager | Austin, Texas and Douglasville, Atlanta

I'm currently partnering with a leading mechanical contractor that's continuing to expand across Iowa due to a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects.

We're looking to speak with experienced Mechanical Project Managers who have a proven background delivering Hyperscale mechanical construction projects

What we're looking for:

• Ideally experienced in managing HVAC, piping, plumbing, or mechanical construction projects
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ability to lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout
• Experience coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and field operations and managing large sized teams
• Strong understanding of scheduling, procurement, and project execution
• Commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or mission-critical experience is highly desirable
