Tiello is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager for the Dallas-Fort Worth market to oversee commercial HVAC projects from turnover through final closeout. The role emphasizes budget control, schedule management, procurement, and proactive risk handling to protect profitability and client relationships.

The ideal hire will coordinate with field teams and leadership, drive change management, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical construction experience.
• Experience managing mechanical projects (PM/APM/PE level).
• Ability to read/read and interpret mechanical plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Experience managing project budgets and job costs.
• Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, scheduling, and closeout.
• Strong understanding of field operations and construction sequencing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships with field personnel, customers, GCs, subcontractors, and vendors.

Aufgaben

• Manage commercial HVAC/mechanical projects from turnover to closeout.
• Review contracts, plans, specs, estimates, scopes, and requirements.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost projections.
• Monitor job costs, labor performance, committed costs, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel.
• Procure equipment and materials to support schedules.
• Prepare, price, negotiate, and track change orders.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, and constructability issues.
• Lead kickoff, coordination, progress, and closeout meetings.
• Oversee monthly billing, forecasting, and financial reporting.
