Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BSM/BA required with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree may substitute up to one year of experience.
• Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and piping design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and program designs under supervision and senior oversight.
• Coordinate between architects, contractors, engineers, and clients.
• Attend meetings and visit sites to verify conditions and progress.
• Develop system layouts and drawings using Revit/AutoCAD.
• Perform calculations and support QA/QC through design validation.
• Ensure drawings meet plan documents and project specs.
