Job summary

CESO is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer II to advance design across diverse programs and lead project tasks toward on-time delivery. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers, architects, and contractors while maintaining industry standards.

Required are an ABET-accredited degree, 7+ years of experience, and a PE license. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and lighting/power tools is essential; travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering; 7+ years of relevant experience. Master’s degree can substitute up to 1 year.
• ABET-accredited program; PE license required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Visual Lighting, SKM Power Tools, and BlueBeam Revu.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design engineering systems under supervision and assist with project coordination.
• Communicate design requirements with architects, contractors, and other engineers to determine scope and equipment needs.
• Attend meetings and visit project sites to verify conditions and observe progress.
• Create layouts, drawings, schematics, and schedules using Revit or AutoCAD.
• Model lighting, power, and telemetry systems; perform relevant calculations.
• Oversee drawing preparation and QA/QC reviews.
