Job summary

Qualifications
- BSME degree from an accredited college
- 5 years machine design experience (or 10+ years)
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Project engineering experience with SolidWorks
- Experience with fastening applications and automation
Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical engineering schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate external resources and RFQs to support budgets and schedules.
- Review designs to meet customer specs and company standards.
- Support equipment builds, system integration, and commissioning.
- Lead continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
