Job summary

Hermanson Company is a leading mechanical contractor providing design, construction, and maintenance services. The Project Coordinator will support project leadership and field teams with customer service, clerical duties, and PM/Sales support at the site.

Qualifications include at least 3 years in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; other degrees accepted with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate strong organization skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and navigating databases/enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Open projects after award and support project team on-site.
• Prepare and maintain procurement, RFI and submittal logs.
• Create job books and site-specific safety plans.
• Assist with permits and subcontract requests.
• Compile closeout packages (O&Ms, warranty letters, as-builts).
• Provide general office and field support (submittal packages, purchase orders, journal entries).
• Schedule SPD meetings and team-building events.
